If you aren’t sure exactly what you’re after yet - don’t worry! We’ll work with you to identify elements you do or don’t want and build a comprehensive vision.
If you aren’t intimately familiar with the county, we’ll also go through the various towns and what they all individually offer to give you a clearer understanding of each area. Once we’ve built our brief, we’ll know exactly what to look for in any off-market or upcoming properties.
Searching for your dream property

We’ll provide images and videos (with the Vendor’s permission) in a detailed PDF report. This will be sent to you via a dedicated online platform in which you can view all of the details about your prospective property.
As a professional buying agent, we’ll also give you our opinion on the suitability of your house in line with your desired characteristics. As Joanna is a Chartered Surveyor, we’ll also be able to give you an accurate valuation of how much we believe the property is worth in the current housing climate.
Putting in an offer and negotiating your bid
Once we have found your dream property, we will negotiate on your behalf to ensure you are paying the best price and agreeing the best terms for you.

Helping you through to completion of sale

We can introduce you to a network of trusted professionals from a legal and structural perspective. We will then liaise with these professionals to ensure that they have all the information that is needed to progress the purchase in a swift manner.
On the day of completion, if you are not available to pick up the keys, we can do this on your behalf. Even if you are available we can pop by to make sure everything is as it should be, along with a settling-in gift.
