We fully check the property
As your property buying agent, we don’t just focus on the best parts of the property or the parts advertised by the selling agent - we look at the whole property. For example, how you access it, which way the property faces, how the flow of the property works, are the floor plans correct and much more. We will also identify any areas of concern that we find during the inspection.
We also have extensive knowledge when it comes to the local area. We’ll be able to tell you all about your chosen location, the local amenities and attractions, local history and much more.
We’ll ensure that we address any areas of concern that don’t fit within your desired characteristics or any other general issues with the property.

We advise on price
We’ll advise you on how much we believe you should pay for a property; our founder Joanna is a Chartered Surveyor, meaning we are able to give you a professional and accurate valuation of how much your dream property is worth in the current market.
We’ll send you a comprehensive report
Once we’ve visited your prospective property, we’ll send you a full written report in PDF format. This report will include photographs, a video of the property (with the Vendor’s permission), extensive details about the property and how much we believe the property is worth within the current housing climate.
